Phren Inc. (“Phren,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Qavexa app. We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to run and improve the service.

Purchase information: Limited App Store purchase details (no payment data).
Device & diagnostics: Basic device metadata, crash logs, and performance data to keep the app stable.
User inputs & AI responses: Inputs you provide are processed to generate responses. We do not link this data to your identity.

Operate and improve the Qavexa app.
Maintain stability, security, and abuse prevention.
Meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or use your information for advertising.

4. Third-Party Processing

Trusted processors may temporarily handle inputs, metadata, or crash data to deliver the service (e.g., AI inference, security, diagnostics). They act on our behalf and do not have independent rights to use your data.

Inputs/outputs: Not stored by Phren. Processors may retain for a limited period (up to 60 days) for abuse monitoring, then delete.
Metadata: Kept only as long as needed for operations or legal requirements.
Crash reports: Retained as needed to resolve technical issues.

To comply with law or valid legal requests.

Qavexa is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact privacy@qavexa.com if you believe a child has used the app.
